MAC Wipes

We all love to put makeup on but at the end of the day, we have to take it off. It's very important to clean your face before going to bed. For me, its a must. I never, ever go to sleep with makeup on. It doesn't matter how tired I am, I always take my makeup off. Seriously, you don't want all that makeup marinating on your face over night. Bacteria will go in your pores and will build pimple city ew!

One of my favorite and best makeup wipes is from MAC. They are really awesome and works so well.

WHAT: Swipes away makeup, smudges, dirt and grime, pronto! Oversized, luxurious, super-saturated with special M·A·C cleanser infused with protective vitamin E. Hydrates and nourishes highly efficiently. Extremely refreshing. Totally addictive. Slickly packed, re-sealable, ready to go!

WHERE:  Any MAC counter and

QUANTITY:  100 sheets

PRICE: $26.00

I really love these. I know they are pricey but they are really worth it. I use them to take off my makeup and as a skin refresher. They smell good and it feels soothing to the skin. Also, the 100 sheets last me a long time so I can't complain. So give them a try ladies and gents!!!

Have a great week!!!

  1. I like the Neutrogena makeup wipes either in the blue or purple packaging (actually, I think they only come in these two? haha). The blue is more for sensitive skin which doesn't take as much off, easily like the purple, even though it's for sensitive skin also. Well, each package comes with 25 clothes... purple is about $6-$7 a pack and the blue is $4-$5 a pack. With the Mac, it's 100 clothes for $26.... if you think about it, it's pretty much the same price for the same amount so don't feel bad about spending that much money on mac's makeup wipes if you love them! lol.

  2. I have tried the L'oreal and Neutrogena wipes but never MAC I find it a bit too pricey! hahaha but if it works really well, I guess its worth it!

  3. i use the neutrogena makeup remover in the bottle and use makeup remover wipes from big lots..I would love to try the mac wipes but they're a little to expensive for me IMO

  4. Wow that's kinda steep for 100 wipes?
I use the drug store wipes :D
    Since I'm on a budget.
I was wondering what is the difference between wiping your makeup off and washing it off is face wash soap?
    Is it the same thing?
or do wipes do a better job as a "pre-step"?
    Thanks :D
    Thanks for the review :)
    well done :)

  5. I agree with xoladiihoneyxo, if you compare these in terms of price and quantity with the drug store wipes, it's pretty much the same thing. I personally never used the MAC ones though I always wanted to. It's just that whenever I go to MAC, I dive straight into make-up, can you blame me?? :) I have used the Neutrogena ones, which were ok. Now I'm using the Say Yes to Cucumbers ones which I actually like. But there are only 30 in a package so I will run out of these in a month or less. I think when I do, I will get the MAC ones. I did use them several times while taking off make-up in store, they feel pretty damn good on skin :)

  6. I use drugstores wipes! But you make think of the mac ones!!!

  7. Nice review! I have never tried makeup wipes before. I should probably look into these. Usually I just use a makeup remover and then wash my face with a cleanser.

  8. mac stuff is usually very good quality, but yeah they're quite $. lol currently i'm using the drugstore brand's make up remover cuz it's the cheapest and it stains my eyes everytime i put too much on!! sighh that's the last time I'm cheaping out on cosmetics!

  9. I have been thinking about ordering these, but I was wondering if they sting your eyes when you remove mascara. Does it remove waterproof mascara too? I have been using the Ponds one, in the blue package, but they're not cheaper than these since they're about $6 for 30.
