LOOK: Halloween Peacock Inspired Makeup using Wet n Wild I HEART MATTE palette

I'm back with another makeup look using the new limited edition Wet n Wild Color Icon eye shadow palette in I <3 Matte. The last look I did was a sultry smoky browns eyes using the neutral colors in the palette, which you can find HERE. Now here's a look using all the bright colors...turquoise, green and purple.

Initially, I was going to do an 80's Halloween makeup, but I somehow ended up with a peacock inspired look. The colors reminded of a peacock, and I had the feather false lashes from Wet n Wild to go with the look, so I just went with it lol.

I used Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Palette in I <3 Matte $4.99 at Walgreens. The colors were very pigmented and easy to blend.

Color placement:

-Turquoise all over the lids passing the crease.
-Green on the inner 1/3 of the inner lid on top of the blue.
-Purple applied heavily in the lower lash line.
-White on the brow bone and inner corner for highlight.

I had a bit of difficulty applying these pair of false lashes. They were so big and the lash band was thick. But once I had it on, it was gorgeous and made the eye look complete.

I didn't use any color base underneath the turquoise. It's very pigmented and bright on it's own. Amazing!

I used Wet n Wild Color Icon blusher in Pearlescent Pink as a contour color instead of a blush.
For lips, I used Wet n Wild Mega Last lipstick in Ravin Raisin. Sugar Plum Fairy would work too.

I've been on the hunt for this palette but they're not in my local Walgreen's yet. :( I did some searching online and found some sellers on eBay selling them from $13-15!!!! Ummm, think I'll wait it out. Is this a limited edition palette or permanent? I really want to get it!!!!
