Lady Gaga "Marry The Night" music video Inspired Makeup...with Wet n Wild

Ok ok, I gotta admit, Lady Gaga is amazing! After watching "A very Gaga Thanksgiving", I pretty much fell in love with her. Not that I never liked her before. She's over flowing talent and creativity, but she's just too crazy for me, especially with all the random nudity in most of her music videos O_o. But it is what it is, and she doesn't care what other people think or say. She will always do her thing and be Lady Gaga.

I saw her new music video "Marry The Night", and I was inspired to create one of the makeup looks she wore (see photo below). I love the dramatic and intense eye liner, red hot lips with the dark bold eyebrows.

I hope you enjoy the look!

I used my Wet n Wild Color Icon I Heart Matte eyeshadow palette for the eye makeup. If you don't have this palette yet, then you are surely missing out! It has all the colors I need to create Lady Gaga's eye makeup: beige as an all over color, a mix of warm flesh and brown on the crease and brown as a definer on the crease.

I wasn't too happy with how I cut my crease. It's not good enough. It's been a while since I did it. I have to practice more!

Hmmm..not sure why the liner is coming off grey in the photo. It's very black and intense in person.

NYC Smooch Proof LIPStain in Rock on Ruby on the lips as a base, then I topped it off with Wet n Wild Mega Last lipstick in Red Velvet. Love both of these products!

  2. Honestly I'm not a gaga fan period. But her craziness amuses me. I do like this look though, it's edgy but not bam! in your face like most of her looks.
