Wet n Wild Mega Shield Lip Colors with SPF15 Part 2...Awesome Reds!!!

Here is part 2 of the Wet n Wild Mega Shield Lip Colors with SPF15. You can click HERE to see Part 1. This group consist of reds and one pink. I love, love, love all the red lipsticks in this group. Compare to the pinks in Part 1, the red lipsticks has a satin, glossy finish which is more suitable to my taste. They apply smoothly and super moisturizing!

Wet n Wild says, Color, comfort, and care! Luxurious color delivers hours of sheer-to-moderate coverage that glides on buttery-soft for a smooth, moist-looking pout. Lips are
pampered with Vitamin E, Amino Acids, Avocado Oil, and Rice Bran Oil that moisturize and condition for silky, soft comfort. And with SPF 15, lips are cared for and protected from harmful UVB rays." (source: WnWBeauty.com)

What I like:
  • All these reds are very wearable. They are not too bright or intimidating. I can wear them for day or night time.
  • Texture. You will fall in love at first application. These apply so smooth and buttery.
  •  They are soooo moisturizing. I've applied them with or without a lip balm underneath and my lips didn't dry at all.
  • They are lightweight. They feel like a lip balm. They are super pigmented. I thought they would be sheer because of it's lightweight and creamy texture, but one swipe is all you need to get a good color pay off.
  • SPF 15. It's getting hot already and these have SPF 15 to protect your lips from the sun.
  • Super affordable, only $2.99

What I don't like:

  • Pink Slip is my least favorite. It has a metallic finish that does not suit my skin tone as well as my age.
  • Poor packaging. But I can live with it.

Salsa Lessons is a bright red and pink-ish color. Gosh, it's such a gorgeous red. I don't think I own this kind of red in my collection. It looks great against my medium/tan skin tone.

That's Berry Beautiful is a berry red color. This is the kind of red lipstick that I can really wear everyday. It's not loud and scary. And the hint of berry in it looks really great against my medium/tan skin tone.

A Currant Affair is a warm red brick-ish color if that makes any sense with a glossy finish. It's the most red color out of all the red lipsticks. It suits my medium/tan skin tone and it looks great with a neutral eye or intense cat eye liner.

Pink Slip is a rosy pink color with metallic finish. You can see the metallic effect on the photo. It's my least favorite in the group because like what I mentioned before, it doesn't suit my skin tone as well as my age. Pre-teens or teenagers would appreciate this color more.

Which one is your favorite?
