  • An eye primer that promised to make eye shadows last long, prevent it from creasing, fill fine lines, treat and conceal imperfection.
  • Important ingredients accodring to PIXI Beauty are Silica (softens and conditions the skin) and Microcrystalline wax (smooths out fine lines). I'm not familiar with both ingredients, but it's good to know it has skin benefits.
  • Texture is like a thin liquid concealer. Easy to apply and blend.  It conceals redness and discoloration on my eye lids.
  • Dries to a smooth and matte finish. Non sticky and make eye shadows easier to apply and blend.
  • It does a great job in absorbing the oil on my eyelids in the beginning, but I experienced creasing after 3 hours of wear.
  • It didn't really make the eye shadows more vibrant.
  • The shade Nude blends onto my medium/tan skin tone well.

Before
I applied neutral eye shadows on my eyes.

After
I experienced creasing after 3- 6 hours of wear.

This eye primer is just okay. I've tried better ones. I like it's ability to conceal discoloration on my eye lids. I like the texture and how it allow eye shadows to blend well. But I don't like how it made my eye shadow crease after 3 hours. Perhaps it would work best with less oily lids.

  2. Hi Melli, yeah it's better for evening out the skin tone than keeping the shadows from creasing.
